Initially when Time To Twinkle first started, we primarily traded via our facebook page and through our facebook group. As we (and our product list) grew, it became clear that we needed to launch a website to help people find the exact wax melts they’re looking for. In Mid 2020 we launched the Time To Twinkle website through Square Up, our payment provider. This allowed us to streamline our ordering process, as well as take card payments in person at events.
We then noticed that we very quickly outgrew yet another platform and in early December 2020, we decided that we needed to expand our web presence once again. The driving factor behind this was to continue to provide the best possible service and best possible user experience.
We wanted people to be able to easily find what they were looking for, and further categorise our products. Not everyone knows exactly what they’re looking for when they’re searching for wax melts, and we feel that by introducing categories people will find exactly what they’re looking for much easier! So far we’ve implemented the following categories
In an effort to continue providing the best possible customer service and hear what our wonderful customers think about our products and services, we’ve registered with Trust Pilot. This will allow our new customers to buy with confidence, and our existing customers to keep us updated on how we’re doing. We believe that in order to provide the best customer service you always need to be learning and increasing efficiency wherever possible. We also believe that Trust Pilot will help us do just that.
